Status code 401 / Frozen Account

Dear All,

I am on trial at the moment and I have 3 day left. I have been working hours on it even today but now I cannot access my Apps. It say:

  • Request failed with status code 401 (we I write the URL)
  • App creation error : Apps cannot be created in delinquent or frozen accounts (when I try to create a new app).
