i am trying to access my apps but none is loading … i tried chat … but these feature of AI is literaly a kind of joke … can someone answer and or help ? anyone with the same problem/issue ?
I’m also currently unable to login to the dashboard but I can still access the live app. You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let them know something’s wrong.
Similar, dashboard access has been restored. Live app appears to be “working”, there are some errors being reported but Make.com integrations are not able to connect at all. Have a ticket open #1788214881. Nothing on Knack status page. @KnackSupport

My app and Make.com integration are confirmed operational and support ticket responded to. Outstanding response time from the team @KnackSupport. Great to see the changes in how this event was handled vs previous experiences. Excited about what that means for the platform! Want to make sure this board is not full of negatives about the support challenges, need to recognize the wins as well. Great work!
Here, our team still does not access the builder apps and some apps simply do not load for end users. We opened a ticket, but the delay in response is distressing when flying blind.
