Is the app down? Keep getting error 503

Same since 10:36 CST

Myself and multiple users have been down for roughly an hour+

I sent a 503 issue report to Knack’s support team about 45 minutes ago…

Same, my embedded site is working though. The builder and *.knack.com sites are throwing 503s.

Just discovered that Knack is communicating VIA Twitter through @knackstatus, also the webpage https://status.knack.com/

Summary:
[1:20pm ET] Our upstream provider has reported that they are starting to see some initial signs recovery. They do not have an ETA for full recovery at this time.

[12:30pm ET] Our upstream provider is continuing to work towards recovery of their services. Unfortunately they do not presently have an estimated time to recovery. We will continue to monitor and update.

[11:45am ET] Our upstream provider has identified the root cause and they are actively working towards recovery of their services. We will continue to monitor and update.

[10:45am ET] We are seeing some service disruption in the US region due to an issue at our upstream provider, AWS. We will continue to monitor and update as the we know more.
