Outage (26/07/2023)

Hi, everyone!

Due to the recent outage today, I wanted to share that the issue has been marked as resolved, however, there are some customers that are still unable to access the Builder and the Live App.

Our team has shared that DNS can be cached for up to 10 minutes, so some customers may have experienced issues up to approximately 12:26pm ET.

If you are one of those affected customers and are still experiencing issues accessing your apps, please reach out to our support team by either emailing support@knack.com or submitting this Form.

We’re truly sorry for this disruption of service and are working diligently to assist the remaining customers who are experiencing this still.
