Yep. I am in Australia. Started about 40 mins ago for me. I have all user in 3 major customers completely down, all different cities, different accounts. Can’t get to any dashboards, builders or apps. Logged tickets. Status page is still not mentioning it.

I imagine Amazon’s status page is about as accurate as Knack’s - not at all.
I would imagine it’s Asia Pacific related but there’s likely no one awake on the other side of the world to confirm that.
I apologise I didn’t realise that the other ticket was not outage related.
About 50 minutes now for me. All customers went down at once. As I mentioned they are on different accounts, and across the country from Perth to Brisbane. Have logged tickets.
Any update you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I’m from Denmark (Europe) and it’s not working here.
Doubt its AWS wide - only 5 users per hour reporting AWS issue, when there is an AWS outage its 100’s per hour on downdetector.
Waking up in the UK and ours is down, we have a team of 6 unable to access important client information for people with complex needs
Confirmed ours is showing Internal Service Error also
Mine was down, both back end and front end. Front end is back as of 11:35 pst. So is the back end.

I have checked in with all my customer apps, and we are good as at about 4:50pm AEST
