Inadequate Support hours - App down, Console shows 403 Forbidden errors

Is anyone else experiencing this? One of my apps simply wont load anything, The Console log as well as API calls show 403 Forbidden but worst of all we are still hours away from support being online. The last time time this happened it took hours to resolve and the response from knack was *

Yes, same here. This issue comes and goes: 403 Forbidden. Both live app and builder are down.
