I have my app set to send emails, however it is sending via Knack and this is often going to the SPAM or Junk folder for my users. Can I configure the app to send using my email server?

The simplest option here is to whitelist your email domain (change some dns settings). You can find what you need here:

Alternatively, I often use Integromat to send emails on my client’s apps - more flexible all round but a little more work.
