I'm trying to figure out what methods can be used trigger an email to be sent from Knack without a form submission being needed.
So, this is what I do in these cases where you want to trigger the email from Knack.. As part of my Integromat update I update a field in knack saying send email.. I then run a task in knack to send the email, then a second task to reset the send email field.. It is extremely annoying that you have to run two task to accomplish this since you have no idea if the task ran on the record you're resetting, or if another new email request has come in during the time between email task and reset task.
Oh thanks, Yeah that's not what I want to do. The whole template and everything is already in Knack.
I wasn't suggesting getting it to trigger Knack to send the email - but to send it by connecting Integromat to an email service (GMail, Office 365 etc).
Unless i'm missing something, there's no way to send a knack email via Integromat. If i'm wrong, I would love for you to tell me how I can send an email from an integromat scenario?
Why not just tack the email onto the end of the Integromat Scenario?
