This forum is for Knack and other database related topics. There is no section for business development queries. If you have started to build a solution in Knack and are looking for assistance this is the place to connect with others. 
It’s possible the poster has misinterpreted the term “Knack” to mean "special ways of doing things*, as opposed to understanding this forum is about a database app product called Knack ?
