I am currently working on trying to set up a way to track anniversaries of service in a non-profit setting. I set up a formula to track the month they started and the current month, but when I run it through the Yes/No with conditional settings I cannot get it to update to yes (even when I try to force change the month). Am I missing something? I included a picture of my conditional rules and the sample data it’s pulling from. Thank you in advance!

You try to compare the month with a date. Which will never be true.
It’s showing the value in Ordination Month is 10 and the value in the Current Date field is 10/26/2022
