Does anyone have any ideas on how to get Knack to improve their customer service? They are so hell bent on never picking up the phone, that they waste time with their lame text system, even though it would be a 30 second call.

Anyone else have this problem.

Is there any outside Knack network where you can get help?


I have never had an issue with Knack support. I would always get responses vary quickly. Did something change?
