Not getting Support via the Chat tool

I have been sending requests for help to the in-app Chat - I’m not getting ANY response. When I sent the first request, it said that the response time is 6 hours; I see it’s now down to 4 hours.

YET, no response to my requests? Not even an acknowledgement that they are looking into the issue?

Anybody else experiencing this frustration?
