Record Import - Import Button Greyed Out

Hi all,

My import button for one of my Records is “greyed out” and won’t let me import from a CSV file. It comes up with the following message when I hover over the button “Please wait for the current job to complete before starting a new one”. I’ve managed to import for other Records but this Record, in particular, won’t work. Does anyone know why this is? I don’t currently have any tasks, imports or deletions ongoing.

Hey @Jason1 - it looks like it has got stuck and will need Knack support to clear it. This does happen very occasionally. I’ve had it a handful of times in 6 years.
Send an email to support@knack.com, provide them with the URL for the object and they’ll get it reset. There isn’t anything you can do, other than a browser refresh which I presume hasn’t cleared it.
