When I get to step 4 of the Questions & Answer page of this guide (Build a Quiz App - Knack Knowledge Base), my options for the score/result are not available as it says “This field can’t be added to the form because it’s value is set by conditional formatting”

But that is the exact purpose… so I am lost!

This happens to me often. The solution is to (temporarily) remove the Conditional Rules on that field, add the field to the form, then add the Conditional Rules back.
