Whenever I create new records, an equation I have in another object does not update. The equation is resulting as a “0.00” despite my entering a new record.
I know that my equations are setup correctly because I have deleted them and reentered them, and they do work for all the records currently created, but when new records are created, the equations will not work.
Any ideas? Thanks
