I have a bug. I have submitted a ticket with Knack Support, but it’s been a week, and I have not received a reply.

My text formulas are not populating when I create a new record from the Live App. If I edit a field in the builder the formula suddenly populates.
I’ve watched your video and don’t have any advise as to why it’s not updating on submission and requires additional submits in the builder.
I have sent a Slack message to Veronica who is head of Customer Support for you. 
Are your formula fields after your data fields?

Formula fields calculate information from other fields, so having information about how these calculations process and the order in which they process is important information to keep in mind.
That worked! I moved the two formulas that were not populating to the bottom, and they both work now. Thanks!
