Does anyone have tips on how to go about creating multi-part form using multiple tables? I want the client demographics in one table and therefore one form, and once they click next, I’d like a new record to be created in a second table, where they can edit and fill out details regarding their Intake visit.

I’m not sure if ideal for your app currently, but you could add a menu view on the page that has the first form for the client demographics, and in the menu view add a link to a new page that will have a form view for users to submit records to the second table for details regarding their intake visit.
