Menu for Multi-Part Form

Hello, 

I'm creating a multi-part form with 6-7 steps. I'd like to make it easier for people to jump to the different steps without having to submit each part of the form. 

With a multi-part form, I can set the submit button to go to the next part. That's fine. But there's no way to get to part 6 (for example) without having to submit part 1, then part 2, then 3, 4, and 5.

I tried creating a page menu, but it doesn't allow me include the child pages of the multi-part form in the menu.

If I forgo the multi-part form and just create regular pages with different fields from the same form, the form works, but it doesn't allow me to use the submit button to send contacts to the "next" page in the series. 

Is there a work around? This should not be that complicated!

Kimberly, did you find a solution to this question? I am trying to do the same thing, but have run into the same challenge you describe.
