Emergency Line/Email for outages?

We are an enterprise user in California and there is a lack of support when we have major issues with Knack. (Outages, mass slow downs, unable to upload documents, unable to view documents.)

We have been down MANY times during business hours and the turn around sometimes takes more than 1-2+ hours. Can we get some help when these issues happen?

Non-Scheduled 1-2 hs is a deal breaker for me.
