Email to Create & Update Record

I would like to be able to email a unique email address and create a record in Knack (Which I am aware I can with Zapier) but also use a reply to an email to update a record.

So think of a helpdesk where a user emails for help which creates a ticket (Record), they then get an email acknowledging the request and giving some information, they then realise they want to add something so they reply to the email and using the subject and email address I want to update a record.

Hi,

I tried with Zapier but they do not support regex on the subject to handle replies/updates and they also don't handle attachments well so again a show stopper for me.
