I have a table called Employees with a field called Hire Date. I would like to have an email go out to that person on the anniversary of their hire date. I’m sure there is a way to do this with Equations, but I can’t seem to get my head around the logic. Any suggestions?

For old records, we need to add value in this field manually once. Like date of joining is 02/02/2020 then in this field we need to add 3
Create 2 task
- Run when NextAnniversary is today send email
- Run when NextAnniversary is today then add connected record in
