So, here it is… Against each of our clients we have two or more standard menu’s, lets call them Standard and Superior. Then we want them to choose other features of our service based on whether they have chosen Standard or Superior. With Standard they may get a choice of Baguettes, Sliced bread or Rolls for sandwiches. With Superior they may get those three choices and Ciabatta and wraps.
I’ve hit a wall on this as I don’t appear to be able to select the bread, based on the level of service. I’d even be happy branching out to modal window for them to do this, but the problem remains the same. Anyone got any ideas.?

Dynamic Dropdowns - Knack Database
I don’t think you’ve misunderstood Carl. Your advice has convinced me that I may have been looking at this from the wrong angle.
In your example, everything for choices are in tables, whereas I have the choices data in drop down lists. They were limited selections and they were static, so at the time it made sense. Now I need to re-think that. I have the connections already, so if I park up the existing drop down fields and put new connection fields on the form instead…yep, okay. I’ll have a go with this later. This is when I wish Knack had a ‘sand-box’, so I could play a bit and not mess up my app…!

Hi @NeilParkin60970 - I’m glad to hear that I was on the right night page.
Switching to connected objects over multi-choice fields is often a voyage. In the beginning it can seem like there are just a few simple options. This can easily develop and outgrowthe functionality of a simple multi-choice field.
I appreciate you already have a handle on this, but I covered some of the points below.
