Hi, when there are issues with Knackhq functionality due to problems at KnackHQ servers etc I feel they should be flagged up somehow, in the same way that my ISP does.
Good suggestion. Many cloud services have a status blog which is usually hosted offsite and includes details of the current service status and any upcoming maintenance periods.
