I use Sure Triggers for automation activities between different apps.
For me, this replaced Zapier - it was less expensive (some free, then 5000 events a month for $9/m) and also available as lifetime deals. I also tried make. But, this was trickier for me to use.
If you have looked at using Sure Triggers before, you will have noticed that a knack integration was not available. It is now available and works well across over 700 integrations.
