I have been emailing support for a few days regarding pages not loading for clients.
When we click Submit the page just reloads instead of moving on to the next one.
Does anyone have any advice or contacts within support.

Hi @Mark7, what do your submit rules look like on your form view? Is it set to redirect to another page?
Are there any screenshots or videos you could provide?
The form has been working for a year or so, I did some changes last weekend, all the programming is fine but they have had to reset some tables and forms as they had locked, this and a few other as still locked out.
This one goes to a child record, multiform, but just rebounds to itself.
I think support can sort it but no response from them, they have responded earlier in the week
I have managed to fix this myself now
What was your fix?
I had to move the first form to another page which then moved all the child pages which it and then move it back to the original page and its worked ok
