I’d like to be able to send customer information (name, email address) to Stripe when payments are made through Knack, to help keep track of payments better. Also so I can use Zapier to create invoices in Xero from Stripe payments made - I can’t set up an invoice in Xero without the customer information.
Currently Knack only sends the Description field through, not any customer information.
There is no billing name or email shown in the Stripe payments backend. We need this to help track down an issue with a customer payment (i.e. refund, proof of payment, etc). All we really have is a payment date, card type and an amount.
Reporting the email and or customer name would be really helpful.
