Rich Text View: Include data from specific records

In order to set up individualised letters from the Rich Text View it would be helpful to have an integration option for record data in there.

I know that there is the option of using the pay-per-merge application, but for simple documents (like just including one name in a letter) this one is over the top.

Ben, just an FYI if you use Zapier you can accomplish this using third party services like webmerge or other api's depending on what exactly you're trying to accomplish. When you combine Zapier and Knackhq you have a power couple, its brilliant.
