Page Rules

We developed an App in Classic and are now looking at moving it to Next-Gen. Preliminary testing has found that our Page rules that work in Classic do not work in Next-Gen. Suggestions?

Hi @Sandbox, do you have any screenshots of your page rules in Classic/Next-Gen, and how they look in the live app in both versions?

Here is one of the views of interest.

We have a Multiple Choice field on our volunteer record with the following settings.

In the view above, we only want volunteer records with “Issue Tracker” to have access to the Issue Management options.

Using my record, which has “Issue Tracker” set, I can see the Issue Management options in Classic, as shown above. In Next-Gen I get.

@Sandbox Is the correct role in the Next-Gen screenshot? They look like different roles perhaps?

Kara,

The correct view is at the top of the reply, where it shows the Issue Management options. Under classic, this page works as expected. Under Next-Gen, using the same user as in classic, the Issue Management options do not show up.
