Hi everyone,
I cant see any posts on this just yet, so I wanted to share something that’s made a big difference in how I manage and troubleshoot my Make.com scenarios lately: the new Grid View (currently in beta).
Even though we can get email notifications when a scenario fails, the Grid View has added a whole new layer of visibility and clarity. It gives me a zoomed-out, bird’s-eye view of how my entire Make workspace is structured, showing how modules and scenarios connect, pass data, and interact across all my automations.
Why it’s useful for Knack.com / make.com users like me?
- See how everything fits together: When you have multiple scenarios pushing or pulling data around in your Knack app (and externally, eg for me to/from supabase), it’s easy to lose track. The Grid View helps visualise the entire network of workflows across different apps.
- Quickly spot broken or disconnected flows: No more clicking into each scenario one by one. Scenarios with any issues are highlighed and you can click to see the details of that issue, and then open the scenario right from within the grid view.
I’ve included some screenshots so you can see what I mean. Definitely check it out for yourself if you’re juggling multiple Make/Knack scenarios.
Kind Regards,
Calvin.
