Links from Details pages not working - Multiple Apps affected

Has anybody else had issues in the last couple of weeks with links from a Details page not working.
For example clicking an “Edit” link from a Details page just redirects to the base page on the app. The same Edit page from a table Grid works fine.
I had this issue a couple of weeks ago, which affected mulitple customers. It mysterously went away after a couple of days, but now it is back.
VERY scary as I have many affected apps/customers.
Unfortunately am getting very little buy-in from Knack support on this one - no acknowledgement of the affect on my business/customers, and only one response but when the “support hours” end for the day it just all goes quiet :frowning:
Usually I find the support team pretty good, but anything that gets a bit “hard” can be extremely frustrating as it becomes like a black hole with noone to talk to.
Anyway, sorry about the rant - just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?

Something is still not working for me.

When opening a connected form (e.g. to add a Campaign for a Company) from a grid row, the connected field (e.g. Company) is no longer pre-filled.

This breaks any JavaScript that depends on that field’s ID on knack-view-render.

For example, $(‘#view_XXX-field_YYY’).val() returns blank, even though the form is launched from a Company row.

This used to work reliably. Now it fails unless the user manually selects the Company again.

Please confirm if this is a known regression or if a complete fix is still in progress.

Your issue seems to be unrelated to the one I was experiencing above. Mine was not related to connected records. I’d suggest raising a new post or support ticket if you haven’t already :slight_smile:
