Our automated tasks somehow have changed in the last 3-4 days. The emails do not contain the correct info but instead the names of the fields in the object. Very frustrating. I have reached out to Knack in the last 2 days but no response. We have a daily task and it does not contain the info our users need to attend an event/class.
We ran into the same problem with emails when we switched into the new builder. The only thing that worked with us is to recreate the email in the ones that are not working well. I hope this gets resolved soon.
