I was wondering if it was possible to set up a table that only an admin would see for activity levels? So for example the table would show all user names in a list and the text would be green if they filed a report(s) in the past 7 days, yellow if maybe longer than 7 less than 14, and red for anyone not filing a report in 14+ days. First time using the community forums so bare with me and I hope my question makes sense. Thanks in advance for any and all help :)
You can set up these rules & colors on the "display rules" tab on each individual column header.
