Iphone - Minimize Application - Auto Logout

Every time an Iphone user accesses the application and minimizes the application, it causes the user to be logged out automatically (aggravating). All of the users have the application on their Iphone as a link. The logout isn't due to inactivity of the user. Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone have a solution?

This issue doesn't seem to be a problem for anyone using Android operating system.

The iphone always seemed to disconnect after a certain amount of time, never stayed logged in. I can stay logged in on my laptop but not my iphone which is a PIA

I have the exact same issue. It is extremely annoying since my password is 24 char long and random letters, numbers, and symbols.

It seems to have started happening more often since I embeded my app on my own site.
