I’m getting an “Internal Server Error” message from Knack when I try to edit any field in my data base directly. My app is not connected to any third-party app like Make. Anyone else encountering this or am I just lucky? Any suggestions?
Yep, I get these every now and then when making numerous updates to records individually in the Builder.
It doesn’t seem to effect the ability to save/submit that entry.
I’ve been ignoring it. Probably a terrible practice…
I’ve submitted this to Knack support. In my case I am not making voluminous updates to the database. In fact, this error will not allow me to make any individual field entry directly in the database from the records view. I suspect it really is an Internal Server that needs to be reset.
