Thanks @Kat - I just read @Callum.Boase post on the partner Spack channel where Sterling Lake from support had also replied. Not great news there is an issue but I really appreciate the proactive communication 
Good news is that external service that was powering this specific interaction is back online and you can save JS/CSS again. Thanks for your patience everyone!
