I have one Object (Patient Orders) with two separate account connections. I would like to have a Task or Conditional Value to make the one account connection match the other. The first account connection is auto-populated and already there. The 2nd account connection is currently blank. I can’t figure out a way to accomplish this. Any ideas?
Where you state that the first is “auto populated” - how is this being achieved? Is it set when the record is created by a form submission or another method?
I should correct myself, depending on the form, it can be auto populated by a record rule. But the same form lives in a couple other places where the first connection is set with a multiple-choice field on the new form submission. It’s those other forms where I can’t figure out a way to copy that same user account to the other connection field
