Google Workspace email does not recognize Knack as email sender

I’m getting this message, triggered by email with destination being a form email field. The email sender is our google workspace email, but I get the following message:
Returned to sender, no valid email recipient found. Please have your app administrator review the settings on this form
with a warning “This may be a spoofed message. The message claims to have been sent from your account,…” I can click “Report Spam” or “Looks safe”.
How do I get my email address recognized so that emails go through? Is this a setting issue on gmail, or on Knack?
