Hopefully, you can help!

I have x3 connection fields within a form. If these are filled out, I’d like a dropdown menu to contain the answers within another form.

For example, if they answer John Doe 1, John Doe 2, John Doe 3 - I’d like the dropdown to be:

  1. John Doe 1
  2. John Doe 2
  3. John Doe 3

The secondary form is linked to the main form.
