Each Knack Table has a Display Field that is shown on Conected Views to visually identify each of the records of the table.

Example Table: Companies
Example Fields: Company Name, Company Code
Example Record: PEPSI, PPS
Display Field: PEPSI

Would it possible to create Table View that shows the Display Field (PEPSI), and another Table view that just shows another field which is not the default display field?

Tables allow you to show any connected fields you want. Display fields are used primarily for dropdowns in add/edit mode.
