I have a simple database with 7000 records that is uploaded to a website. Customers only access data and have no input capabilities. Think of it as a big parts directory and the customer is only looking up the parts number or the name of the part. Very simple. Recently, customers are not getting all the related records (parts numbers) when they type in a word descriptor. This is happening on mobile devices and not desktops. I reported this to knack early yesterday morning, gave them access to the website in the afternoon when they asked for it. I’ve not heard back nor has anyone accessed the website to check. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I even uploaded the database to another website and the problem still persists. Thank you! I’m not a tech person.

Thank you, Carl. You’re a knack expert! I haven’t heard boo from them today. Nada. Squarespace and Memberspace have always been super responsive when there’s a problem. And it’s such a simple thing, no API calls, just drawing data. It’s the reason I went with knack. ‘Hold the data’ and let people draw from it multiple times a day.
