Hello again Wise Ones: Our application has 2 phases - an application phase, and an accepted phase. The Household table with 2 parents’ contact info (primary & secondary) are fields in a single record. If and when they get to the accepted phase, separately, each parent is assigned a User ID, and the household assigned a Household ID in another Parent table (1 row per individual). I’ve connected the Parent table to the Household table via the Household ID. I was hoping to run a task to cycle through parent records and assign the User ID value in Parents to a field in Household. I’ve tried the Household field as a number, and as a connection. I don’t even see the Parents table as a connected value option in the task (I see other connections). I’m a bit lost, ok, lost. Feel like I’m missing something key (besides the complication of both parents in a single record, then wanting to update with User IDs of both parents in the record). I could do so btw for the primary parent who is connected to other tables by the primary email address field (used in the application phase processes). Ultimately, I’m trying to pivot to the acceptance phase processes and populate its set of tables and fields, many of which are in the Household table. TIA. Sara
