Chaging all email addresses

My app has been set up with many forms, and across them all there are numerous emails being sent as actions when forms are completed etc.

I have bought a domain and a professional email address, so I need to change all the email addresses for the sender.

How can I

(a) get an overview of every email sending function so I can do this manually, or

(b) get all the sending email addresses changed in one go

Knavi talks about using KTL, but I am not that skilled to install it (yet)

This should help you find the emails. There is no way that I know of to change the emails in a bulk update.
