Can the data in a database be presented without logging in?

As the title says, Is it possible for data to be displayed without logging in?

My client is a recruiter and want a system essentialy the same as reed.co.uk and indeed.co.uk.

Please help

It certainly can.

You can take a mix and match approach and have some pages displayed to anyone and other pages displayed to as many roles as your application requires. You can limit what data is displayed to an individual user or to a specific role.
