I can use action tiggers to insert a new connected object. And I can connect an object to itself, but I can't seem to make a new copy of a record using action triggers. What am I missing? Please help.
Can you explain what you want to do with the copied record?
My initial response is you'll have to do this in JavaScript, but without knowing exactly what you're attempting to this is a bit of a guess..
