EXCEPT that I need to add the connected record on update of the parent record from a TABLE view. Since I'm not in the Form view, I don't seem to be able to add record rule.
We basically have a second person reviewing the record that someone else created, and it is when that second person selects Yes for Permit Required? that I want it to create a connected record.
