Hi Folks,

I am trying to design a appraisal database and i am needing some assistance with few things if someone can assist. i am constraint for time to deliver this to be used on mobile devices and on web reporting.

Basically, i want to insert a 360 appraisal with next page on each page and on the 4th page should be the submit
