My Knack DB is now interconnected with a variety of other apps. Now some of my new Client training session records are posted to Knack via the API. However this "New Record" is not a triggering event for integration apps like Zapier because only front end (user view) Knack updates or new records will trigger the API.
I need record updates or new records via the API to be triggering for Zapier in order to run vital business functions.
