I’m an Estimating Intern at a General contractor. We have pre-qualification forms for our sub-contractors. They fill out the pre-qual form and email us back the filled out PDF and they expire one year after they give it to us. So for example, if a sub sends us a pre-qual on 03/27/2024, then on 03/27/2025 it is “expired”. I have a field input of “Date of Pre-Qual” where the user inputs the date we received the form. I was trying to get a task to email me a reminder exactly one year from the “Date of Pre-Qual” field and there doesn’t seem to be an option for this. Any help is welcomed!

I think the way to do this is to have an equation field set up as the date plus 1 year. Then have a task that checks if the EQ date is today. Then send an email if it is today.
You could get more specific and get the equation date to be 11 months and 2 weeks or 11 months and 3 weeks.
