Add new filter items in place (and not at the end)

Filter menus and adding filter options is excellent - except when you want to add another option in the middle of the list.

Clicking on a '+' anywhere only adds another option at the end when it would be preferrable to be able to add one within the list like this:

Hi Knack fans,

Well, I just tried drag and drop reorder, and by gum it works! Hats off to the Knack development team!

I agree, it should add in place and also you should be able to Drag 'n' Drop to re-order items.
