Hello!
I am a bit concerned about Knack’s record limitations and wondering what others have done to expand their record limits.
My plan currently supports up to 125,000 records and it appears the highest level (Gold Agency Plan) supports up to 450k records. I contacted Knack to see if unlimited data records is a possibility but I have a feeling it may not be-I’ll wait to hear from them. If it isn’t a possibility I need another option.
I have setup a webhook using Make.com for another aspect of my app and I understand I can create a webhook where records can be created in Knack and sent to cloud-based storage or even a spreadsheet. I do not have a ton of experience with this so I’m wondering, if I setup a Knack-cloud storage/spreadsheet webhook, will records:
- be stored in the cloud storage and not within Knack?
- easily be retrieved by users via my Knack app?
Any insight is greatly appreciated! I am ready to launch my app but I realized the records limitation may defeat the entire purpose of my app
